GEARING UP FOR GROWTH

Winter is part of Perennial Growth. Strong oaks endure harsh winters. At Protomet, we’ve been through a difficult season. For the past two years, we bundled up and found our strength in the cold. Now we can clearly see the sun rising.

We have an unprecedented number of new projects launching this summer, most around June. It’s time to gear up and get ready to rock!

The biggest challenge ahead is to add great people to our team. The time to recruit is now, not five months from now when all the work hits. To support this effort, we are increasing our referral bonus and bringing back a regular cadence of career fairs.
