  - Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and any other information you include in a form submission.
  - Recruiting-related information: information you provide when expressing interest in employment (for example, job interests, availability, work history, or other details you choose to share).

• Information collected automatically when you use the Site
  -When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through Squarespace and standard web technologies:
  - Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and approximate location (derived from IP).
  - Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device that help the Site function and help us understand usage.
  

• Advertising and tracking data (Meta Pixel)

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Recruiting and candidate outreach: to respond to inquiries and to contact potential hiring candidates personally and directly (we do not use your contact information for automated marketing campaigns).

• Site operations and security: to operate the Site, maintain performance, prevent fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

• Analytics and improvement: to understand how visitors use the Site and improve content and user experience.

• Advertising measurement (when applicable): to measure the effectiveness of Meta ads and understand which ads lead to site visits or form submissions.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers / processors
  We use vendors to help us operate the Site and provide services. These vendors may process personal information on our behalf, including:Squarespace (website hosting and form tools)
  - Meta (Facebook/Instagram advertising and measurement via Meta Pixel, when we run Meta ads)

  We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security (ours, our users, or others).
  

• Business transfers
  If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  Squarespace and our Site may use cookies that are necessary to operate the Site and may also use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement.
  

• Meta Pixel
  The Meta Pixel helps us understand ad performance and may allow Meta to associate Site activity with your Meta account, in accordance with Meta’s policies.
  

• Your choices
  - Browser controls: You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.
  - Ad preferences: You can control the ads you see on Meta platforms through Meta’s ad settings and opt-out tools.
  - Do Not Track: Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for honoring them, we do not respond to all such signals.

We keep personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including recruiting outreach, operating the Site, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We may retain and use aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about our processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
