Military - K-500 Monel (65% Nickel Alloy) - Seawolf Submarine Bolt
Size = 3.25” 4 UNC Socket Head Cap Screw x 12” Long Weight = 37 lbs.
Tensile Load Capacity = >1,000,000 lbs. This bolt is so strong it cannot be pull tested so we send pedigree samples of the material to a local testing lab. Installation Torque = 11,000 Ft-Lbs…That’s a big wrench.
